license is what you really need. The redistribution
license for each product allows the end user (the
purchasing user/company in most cases) unlimited,
royalty-free redistribution of the product with
a commercially-developed application such as store
locator software, logistics applications or even
PDA-based applications. Furthermore, all redistribution
license bundled with free 12 monthly updates. |

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Read this License Agreement
carefully. By order any of redistribution
plan, you agree to be bound
by the terms of this Agreement.
This Redistribution License
("Agreement") is made
by and between Hexa Software
Development Center ("Hexa
SDC"), the owner of zipcodeworld.com,
and the organization/individual
accepting and entering into
this Agreement in the manner
stated above ("Licensee").
Hexa SDC hereby grants to Licensee,
subject to the conditions stated
in this Agreement, a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to
incorporate the ZIPCodeWorld(TM)
and PostalCodeWorld(TM) database
("Databases") into
the Licensee's Programs, copy
the Databases, and distribute
the Databases together with
the Licensee's Programs. Licensee
acknowledges that Hexa SDC retains
all right, title, and interest
in and to the Database, including
without limitation all copyrights
and other proprietary rights.

Redistributions
of Databases must retain
the copyright notices as
they appear in each database
file, and the disclaimer/limitation
of liability set forth as
paragraphs 4 and 5 below. |

Redistributions in text,
original forms or other
unprotected formats are
prohibited to protect Hexa
SDC intellectual properties.
Licensee should remove unnecessary
information from the Databases
before distribution. Encryption
or data scrambling is required. |

The rights granted pursuant
to this Agreement are contingent
upon Licensee's payment
of the license fees for
the Databases. |

| 4 |
Disclaimer of Warranty.
The Databases are provided
on an "AS IS"
basis. No warranty is provided
that the Databases are free
of defects, or fit for a
particular purpose. |

|
| 5 |
Limitation of Liability.
Hexa SDC shall not be liable
for any damages suffered
by the Licensee or any third
party resulting from use
of the Databases. |
